Credit Quality Management Manager / Senior Officer, Singapore

Job Description Review facility documentations including facility agreement, collateral and other documents to ensure completion of documentation, perfection of collateral documents, satisfaction of conditions precedent, conditions subsequent and other approval requirements Ensure transactions are implemented and complied with the Bank's policies, local and foreign applicable regulations and guidelines Liaise with internal and external parties in order to resolve documentation issues Follow-up on pending documents Conduct post-mortem review on approved credit documentation transactions Assist in formulating and / or revising policies and procedures relating to credit documentation review Prepare regulatory and management reports Perform any other relevant duties to achieve team's targets. Perform Non Performance Loan management /collection work. Other tasks assigned by the management. Job Requirements Bachelor Degree or above(Finance, Economics accounting or related majors) with more than 2 year of relevant work experience. Strong financial, analytical and credit management skill If the applicant has Non Performance Loan management /collection work experience or Collateral Management work experience is preferred. Experience in credit risk management ,Review facility documentations and/ or Collateral Management will be an advantage. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese is required as incumbent is required to liaise with Chinese counterparts from Head Office.
