Description
Responsibilities:
. Perform data entry and filling as well as administrative duties such as invoicing and processing orders etc . Weekly submission of invoices via portal & follow-up duties . Stocks take & logistics managment . Arrange local & overseas courier and dispatch services as needed, ensuring timely delivery of packages and documents . Liaising with vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods and services . Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department
Key skills & Experiences:
. Relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred . Able to work independently
. Responsible, excellent team player, independent, and a good level of Initiative
. Comfortable with IT applications including Excel, Ms Word, Google sheet etc
. Office located at Marymount / Jalan Pemimpin
