Duties: Respond promptly and professionally to customer's enquiries via emails, hotline and in-person Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in email support. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations. Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
