About the Job Lead the architecture and delivery of comprehensive testing and evaluation frameworks for large-scale deployments.
Act as the primary technical bridge between project stakeholders and internal engineering teams to define solution roadmaps.
Direct cross-functional squads of developers, researchers, and designers to ensure high-performance product delivery.
Design validation strategies for diverse models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and computer vision systems.
Provide subject matter expertise on technical vulnerabilities like model hallucinations and prompt sensitivities.
Manage deployment complexities within high-security, air-gapped environments and sensitive network infrastructures.
Skills and Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Solution, Software, or Cloud Architect focused on customer-facing digital products.
Strong technical proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of API architectures for technical validation.
Proven track record navigating procurement and implementation processes within the public sector or defense industries.
Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain, CVAT, FiftyOne, or similar technologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multi-disciplinary technical teams through full project lifecycles.
Specialized knowledge in AI testing methodologies, Agentic workflows, or LLM evaluation is highly advantageous.
