Responsibilities: Handle all administrative matters and provide day-to-day office support Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with financial records Assist in HR-related matters such as documentation and coordination Coordinate and liaise with suppliers for administrative and logistics needs Assist in social media postings and simple content updates Perform general administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records Ensure smooth office operations and support management as required. Alternate Sat half day. Requirements: Minimum Diploma, GCE O Levels or ITE qualification No prior experience required - training will be provided Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive mindset Dynamic team player with good communication skills Meticulous, well-organized, and able to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Able to work in office Singapore Citizen.
