experienced legal secretary
who will support the busy corporate team . The main duties of the role include providing secretarial and administrative support, handling client correspondence and enquiries, assisting to prepare bills and track bills status, assisting with file opening and file closure procedures, scheduling appointments and meetings, and any other secretarial duties assigned by the corporate team. Ideal candidates would be self-motivated, meticulous and possesses good time management and a strong command of the English language.
