Interior Designer, Singapore

JOB DESCRIPTION: Design and develop creative and functional interior design concepts for various commercial, hospitality or mixed-use projects. Candidate must possess ability to conceptualise innovative ID concepts and has strong presentation skills. Present design concepts, mood boards and material palettes to aid in job procurement and discussion with clients. Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures. Attend meetings and conduct site visits to ensure quality control and smooth project progression. Work collaboratively with team members of the architectural and landscape team and clients to create and implement a project's design.
REQUIREMENT: Degree in Interior Design or equivalent Minimum of 3 years' experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects. Proficient in software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe etc. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials. Service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Commitment and inspiring leadership qualities with strong general and project management skills. Able to work as part of a team independently and collaboratively. Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
