Warehouse Assistant, Singapore

Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM Location: West
A multinational company specializing in transportation equipment, commercial vehicle systems, automotive components, trailer technology, mobility solutions, and related spare parts distribution across the Asia Pacific region. Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing stock movements within the warehouse. Perform pick-and-pack duties according to delivery orders and customer requirements. Conduct quantity and visual quality checks on incoming goods. Pack, label, and prepare goods for local delivery and overseas shipment. Coordinate with drivers on delivery schedules and loading activities. Load and unload goods from containers and delivery vehicles. Ensure proper allocation and storage of parts within warehouse racks. Maintain accurate inventory records and support monthly stock checks. Assist in generating stock and inventory reports. Support upkeep and cleanliness of warehouse premises. Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment such as forklifts and lift trucks, and report any equipment issues. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure daily operational efficiency. Follow workplace safety and housekeeping standards at all times. Job Requirements
Minimum N Level. Experience working in a warehouse or store environment preferred. Familiar with receiving, storing, and delivery coordination processes. Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related duties. Possess valid forklift license (PSA-approved 3-5 ton preferred). Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
