Store Inspector (Receiving), Singapore

Location: SG-01-SINGAPORE-051 TC

• Inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with airworthiness certificates, purchase/repair orders.
• Identify, document, and raise a Discrepancy Report for any defects, damages or quality issues.
• Perform necessary transactions in SAP as required.
• Maintain documentation records for audit, traceability, and reporting purposes.
• Monitor shelf life and expiration dates of engine spares.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, aviation safety, and quality standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Prior experience in aviation warehousing or quality inspection is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP or relevant warehouse management systems.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Effective communication and strong teamwork abilities.
