detail-oriented and hands-on Finance Executive
to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and experienced in handling full sets of accounts, preferably within the construction or project-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Manage invoicing, progress claims, and payment collections Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control for projects Assist in GST submission, audits, and tax matters Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders Support payroll processing and financial reporting when required Requirements: 2-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environment preferred Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and GST Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Why Join Us: Exposure to project-based financial operations Stable and growing company environment Opportunities for career progression
