Supervise a team of warehouse staff Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime Customer complaint management Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement Documentation of work instructions Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT) Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Program Manager. Specific Accountabilities: Approve staff leave application Perform reversal of selected system transactions having inventory impact with supporting document Initiate system change request. Requirements: Min Diploma and above 3 years of relevant experience preferable in 3rd party logistics environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Warehouse Management System Able to lead team Independent and team player Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
