Role Available Communication & Events Coordinator (full-time, on-site)
Who We Are Forest Wolf () is a leadership consultancy firm. Established in 2018, we provide leadership training services to global MNCs. We also run a B2C business called Deep Human Club. Deep Human Club is a members-only personal growth and mentorship community where ambitious individuals come together to develop leadership skills, navigate career challenges, and accelerate their personal growth through workshops, mentoring, and peer support.
What You'll Do
Events & Programme Coordination Provide on-the-day admin support for in-office and off-site events Coordinate logistics for events e.g. set up Zoom links, Eventbrite pages, and upload Zoom recordings Coordinate event collaterals (slides, workbooks, handouts, name tags) Support post-event follow-ups and feedback collection
Office Operations Keep the office neat, tidy, and well-organised Order snacks and supplies for the office pantry Create a welcoming environment for team members, clients, and workshop participants
Communications & Community Support Support communications for Deep Human Club (email updates, session reminders, announcements) Use platforms like WhatsApp and Kajabi to communicate with clients, club members, and mentors Assist with B2B client communications and follow-ups
Programme & Content Support Support creation and updating of workbooks and participant resources Assist with uploading content Manage session recordings and attendance tracking
B2B Client Support Assist with printing of slides, worksheets, and materials for client workshops Support setting up client calls and meetings Help coordinate B2B workshops and programmes
Who You Are Essential:
Based in Singapore and able to work onsite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
Genuine passion for personal growth and leadership development
Strong professional work ethic and commitment to quality
Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms quickly
Nice to Have:
Background or interest in psychology, coaching, or personal development
Experience with event coordination or community management
Familiarity with tools like Kajabi, Eventbrite, Zoom, or similar platforms
Social media or content creation experience
