Project Delivery Manager, Singapore

Responsibilities Lead and manage PMO functions, ensuring effective governance and delivery of medium to large-scale projects Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, kick-off, execution, monitoring, and closure Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, scope, budget, and documentation Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project priorities, resource allocation, and deliverables Oversee project pipeline, track progress, and ensure alignment with timelines, budget, and company standards Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies Guide teams on project management methodologies, including Agile practices and sprint activities Monitor financial aspects including budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders Establish, review, and improve PMO policies, processes, and best practices Ensure quality execution and compliance with company standards across all project phases
Requirements: Academic background in Business, Engineering, or similar fields PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL or equivalent certifications are advantageous At least 5 years of project management experience, handling medium to large-scale projects, technical or systems-related projects Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is a plus Able to manage budgets, risks, and resources effectively
