Catering Sales Executive Working Hours: 9am - 6:30pm (Mon-Fri) Basic: $3000 - $4000 Location: Clementi Job Scope: Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders accurately. Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on new leads. Provide product recommendations and catering solutions based on customer needs. Manage customer feedback to ensure high service satisfaction. Maintain sales documentation and perform daily administrative tasks. Support marketing and event activities as needed. Requirements: Minimum 1 year relevant experience in F&B or catering preferred. Self-disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency. Creative, dynamic, and sales-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Outgoing, highly motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
