Account Executive cum Admin, Singapore

Responsibilities: Accounting Data entry Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Account Payable & General Ledger To liase with supplier / forwarder for imports, shipments losses / survey & cost verification Assist in preparation and closing of management accounts reporting Responsible for quarterly reports & GST submission Co-ordination and support of year end audits, tax filing and company secretarial matter. Communication to clients, brokers, insurers, auditors and tax agents General office administration duties Process staff reimbursement and claim forms Oversee the contracts and documentations of the operations Liaise with customers, shipping agents & terminal operators Provide regular update to HQ Computer skill and knowledge of relevant software Any other a choc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma or LCCI in Accounting At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent. Good interpersonal skills and communications skill, goal oriented and mature Computer literate Independent, meticulous and mature Ability to lead a diverse group Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Experienced in Freight-chartering Familiar with vessel operations Can liaise with ship owner a/o Candidate can start immediately /short notice will be advantageous.
