Vegetarian/Gluten Free Chef - Private Residence Code : EXP/VGN-GFC/SG/0526 Location : Singapore Responsibilities Our client is seeking an accomplished Chef to lead the operations of the private kitchen at their residence in Singapore. The role requires experience in Chinese Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free cuisines in reputed restaurants. Prior experience of working in private residence of ultra high net worth families will be preferred. The Chef must demonstrate a deep understanding the highest standards of food quality and safety, especially related to gluten and other allergens. Operational responsibilities include managing a skilled kitchen team, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards, overseeing inventory and procurement, and ensuring cost efficiency. Qualifications Experience as chef in reputed Chinese Vegetarian restaurants Experience across Chinese/South East Asian and western cuisines Strong knowledge of Gluten-Free cuisine and awareness re Gluten and other allergens
