Handle customer orders, coordination, and admin support in a wellness company environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and process customer orders accurately
  • Liaise with clients/customers on enquiries and order updates
  • Coordinate with courier partners for delivery arrangements
  • Manage basic inventory tracking and stock coordination
  • Perform packing of products for daily shipment
  • Maintain proper documentation and administrative records
  • Provide general administrative and operational support
Requirements
  • Minimum O Level or equivalent
  • Candidates with customer service / admin / operations experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Responsible, hands-on and willing to support operational tasks
