Job DescriptionHandle customer orders, coordination, and admin support in a wellness company environment.
Benefits & Working Environment- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- Office hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Convenient location near Bugis MRT

- Handle and process customer orders accurately
- Liaise with clients/customers on enquiries and order updates
- Coordinate with courier partners for delivery arrangements
- Manage basic inventory tracking and stock coordination
- Perform packing of products for daily shipment
- Maintain proper documentation and administrative records
- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Minimum O Level or equivalent
- Candidates with customer service / admin / operations experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Responsible, hands-on and willing to support operational tasks
