Intern, eCommerce (SEO / CRO), Singapore

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an SEO/CRO Intern.

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms for our target audience.
• Optimize website content, including meta titles and descriptions, to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates.
• Create engaging website content aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and publish through our Content Management System (CMS).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
• Conduct analysis to identify users’ pain points and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize website elements such as landing pages, call-to-actions, and reservation processes.
• Analyze test results to identify winning variations and make data-driven recommendations.
• Optimize website usability and user experience to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with front-end developer to ensure CRO recommendations are implemented effectively.

• Must be from related academic disciplines in Marketing, Business, Information Systems Management, or other relevant fields.

• Experience with Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing tools is a plus.

• Possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Excellent copywriting skills in English and ability to adapt to the right tone of voice suited for the brand.
• Willingness to learn about SEO, content creation and website optimization.
• Highly motivated self‑learner and quick to pick up a wide variety of tools.
• Possess strong analytical skills and keen eyes for details.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
