(Job ID: 1595051) Responsibilities: Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports covering sales, stock, and business performance. Analyse data trends, identify variances, and provide timely insights to support management decision-making. Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and standard reporting templates to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Support annual and mid-term budget preparation, monitoring, and tracking. Assist with pricing coordination, including new items, revisions, campaigns, and margin analysis. Coordinate pricing implementation and updates with internal stakeholders. Support compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and HQ requirements, ensuring proper documentation for audit and review. Maintain and update SOP documentation and support process standardisation initiatives. Track project timelines, action items, and follow-ups, including meeting coordination and documentation. Support vendor, trade, and contract documentation, ensuring organised records for compliance and audit purposes. Liaise with internal divisions and HQ functions to support controls, procedures, and workflow improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business analysis, or related functions. Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
