Invoicing Assistant (Central / Immediate / Training Provided), Singapore

Assist in preparing and issuing sales invoices for marine fuel deliveries, including VLSFO, MGO, and HSFO Enter and maintain accurate trade and delivery data in internal systems Verify quantities and pricing against contracts and trade confirmations Review Bunker Delivery Notes (BDNs) for completeness and accuracy Support reconciliation of supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies Maintain well-organized electronic records of transaction documentation Follow up with internal and external parties on missing or incomplete documents Assist with payment tracking and basic receivables monitoring Support month-end reporting and general administrative tasks Assist in providing sample documentation during audits Requirements
