Customer Service Representative
who enjoys coordinating, problem-solving, and delivering smooth end-to-end service experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, this role is for you. Duties Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional support
Prepare and issue quotations, acknowledge purchase orders, and generate invoices accurately
Coordinate closely with internal teams on stock availability, order readiness, and delivery schedules
Monitor and process customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and expedite urgent requests with a solutions-oriented mindset
Ensure delivery timelines and customer requirements are consistently met
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field
At least
2 years of experience
in a customer service or order management role
Strong communicator with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently
Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
