Job Description
The Customer Relations Officer handles customer enquiries, supports service requests, and ensures a smooth experience before and after the sale. The role involves daily communication with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving issues in a timely and professional way.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or walk-ins. Update customer records, service status, and follow-up actions in the system. Assist with appointments, bookings, or service arrangements. Handle feedback and complaints and escalate cases when required. Coordinate with operations, sales, and finance teams to close customer requests. Prepare basic service documents such as forms, invoices, or reports. Track pending cases and follow up until completion. Maintain a positive customer experience and promote service standards. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Degree and above in any field General Insurance experience (with BCP, PGI and ComGI Cert) and navigation of insurance portals are an added advantage Entry candidate with the right skill sets and attitude are welcome to apply Proficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers) Possess relevant experience in call center or customer service environment preferred Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy 5.5 days work per week Mon-Fri : 9am-6pm Sat : 9am-1pm
