Debt Recovery Officer (Leasing MNC, Better Prospect, …, Singapore

Job Responsibilities:
Support the coordination and collection of outstanding customer accounts.
Contact customers to follow up on payments and manage overdue balances
Handle administrative tasks including enquiries, payment arrangements, and ongoing monitoring of debt accounts.
Manage debt recovery activities for delinquent loan accounts and other assigned portfolios.
Negotiate suitable repayment plans with customers to facilitate recovery.
Conduct inspections of equipment and carry out site or residential visits when required.
Coordinate repossession and oversee the sale of vehicles or equipment when necessary.
Address customer enquiries related to accounts while ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of debts.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification of GCE O-Level or Diploma in any field of study.
Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in debt management or collections.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience within the banking or financial services industry is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skill
