Ph.D. degree in relevant disciplines. Good understanding of and a relevant experience in using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies would be preferred. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Demonstrate experience in research, field work, data collection and publication. Demonstrate ability to work independently.
