VP, Deal Management, Asset Servicing (Korean speaking), Singapore

This role is located in Singapore or Hong Kong. It requires strong expertise across Asset Servicing products and services, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean to support strategic client engagements across the region.

This role is a critical elevation of APAC BBDI/IM sales messaging capability, with a strong focus on high‑value RFPs requiring advanced Korean language expertise. The successful candidate will bring deep BNY product knowledge, a proven track record of leading complex, competitive pursuits, and the credibility to operate well above baseline RFP execution standards.

• Own end‑to‑end development of RFP and RFI responses, translating complex client requirements into clear, compelling, and compliant proposals.
• Lead response strategy, outlines, and compliance matrices for Asset Servicing pursuits.
• Partner closely with sales, product, and SMEs to craft persuasive, differentiated content aligned to client priorities.
• Apply deep understanding of segment‑specific nuances (including Asset Owner and BBDI clients) to strengthen proposal positioning.
• Coordinate SME inputs and governance reviews, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery.
• Curate, maintain, and continuously enhance the RFP content library with concise, high‑impact proof points.
• Ensure professional formatting and presentation of all RFP materials, including appendices.
• Drive RFP project management activities, including timelines, key deliverables, and synthesis of stakeholder themes.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Communications, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in RFP/RFI writing within Asset Servicing products and services.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Korean (written and spoken).
• Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and disciplined project management skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365; Loopio experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SOC 1/2 concepts, ISO frameworks, KYC/AML, and data privacy requirements.
• Strong interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve RFP quality, efficiency, and scalability.
