We've done the work. We have the production stack, the case studies, and a reputation with the people who matter. What we don't have yet is someone who turns that into a steady flow of new clients.

We're looking for a Founding BD Lead to own crypto-native client acquisition. We'll build the pipeline, process, and positioning around you and with you. What we need from you is the part that can't be systematized: landing the clients.

What the role looks like:

• Land crypto-native clients: protocols, foundations, L1s/L2s, DeFi, infra, consumer apps
• Own the deals end to end, sourcing, pitching, negotiating, closing
• Be present where deals actually happen, Telegram, X, the conference circuit, the group chats you're already in
• Work with us to shape the offering and process so it sells faster every quarter
• Turn our production capabilities into pitches that close

Who you are:

• You've sold marketing, creative, or growth services into crypto and closed real budgets
• You have actual relationships across the space: founders, foundations, funds
• You can read a project in five minutes and know whether it's worth our time
• You move at crypto speed and don't need a process to tell you what's urgent
• You'd rather be in conversations than in spreadsheets
