We are hiring on behalf of a well-established multinational company in the engineering / HVAC industry. They are looking for a
Customer Service Executive
to support order processing and customer coordination functions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience in
customer service, order management, and coordination .
AWS + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance Location: East Singapore (Hybrid working arrangement available)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support Provide professional customer service via phone and email Handle customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues when required Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner Promote and recommend products to existing customers
Order Management Process and manage customer sales orders Allocate stock and coordinate delivery arrangements Ensure accurate documentation and order tracking
Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement
Reporting & Coordination Prepare monthly reports and data analysis Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues Support continuous improvement initiatives Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements Minimum Diploma in any discipline 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support Experience coordinating deliveries and managing customer accounts Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) SAP experience is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers) Able to start on short notice preferred
