As a Design, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to create, implement and work on diverse projects and strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our audience creatively. We'll provide you with the platform to express your ideas, make strategic decisions, and think critically. Primary role:

• Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the field of social media.
• Plan, film and edit social media content, mainly TikTok videos, to connect with our audience through fun, positive, and community-driven content. (This will be a new content direction that’s not yet reflected on our current social media. If you're curious, drop us an email to find out more)
• Actively engaging with the latest trends and innovations in the social media landscape by immersing in and documenting new communication techniques and trends through in-depth analysis and hands‑on experience.

Secondary role:

• Create clear and concise, visually oriented design materials that are appealing and compelling to the brand including illustrations, booklets, posters and presentation decks.
• Executing all visual design stages from conception to realisation.

• Enthusiastic and passionate about story‑telling and content creation.
• Proficiency in editing in Capcut or other social media content creation apps.
• Excellent oral & written communication competency, with a knack for adding a touch of playfulness to your words.
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms and a love for exploring new trends in the digital realm.
• Show ability to navigate through ambiguity with a strong work ethic.
• Genuine interest and passion for solving puzzles & playing games.
• Local Internships preferred (we currently do not support remote internships).
