As Customer Support Associate, you'll be the friendly and reassuring first point of contact for customers. You will:
Handle enquiries and appointment requests via
phone, email, and live chat Provide timely, accurate and warm service that makes customers feel heard Deepen your sense of empathy as every interaction you make helps someone access the healthcare they need Be a problem solver by working across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient issue resolution Be a strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Play a key role in enhancing our overall customer experience

What You Bring Clear and confident communication with excellent phone etiquette. Service-oriented mindset, active listening skills and a desire to help others. Proficient typing speed and able to coordinate and toggle between various systems. Willingness to work a 5.25-day week (alternate half-day Saturdays). 1 year of customer service or call centre or healthcare experience is a plus. Ability to converse in other languages (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) is highly advantageous as you may be required to handle non-English speaking callers.

Your Qualifications GCE 'O'/'A' Levels or Polytechnic Diploma. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Customer Support Associate position.
