We are looking for a Community Engagement Executive to assist in fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships for the Home. This position will report to the Assistant Manager of Fundraising and Volunteer Management. For more information, visit Responsibilities Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns Process donation and fundraising project requests by external parties Manage fundraising micro-site and donation platforms such as Giving.sg Build and strengthen relations with existing portfolio of donors and volunteers, as well as reach out to prospective donors and corporate partners Other administrative duties such as maintaining stakeholders' database, facilities naming records, process grants applications, and prepare reports for regular management updates Provide secretariat support during projects/ committee meetings Assist in department projects and other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma with at least three years of relevant experience in fundraising or events management Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple timelines effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, while being a strong team player Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external Willingness to work on some weekends, after office hours, and public holidays to support organisational events
