Singapore - Jurong Island To submit application, please click below posting link or copy and paste to a new browser: Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including: Fire alarm systems
HVAC and chiller systems
Lighting and building electrical systems
Support basic electrical maintenance tasks such as: Power distribution panels (PDP), motors, and MCC panels
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation equipment under supervision
Provide support for calibration and testing of instrumentation devices
Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and permit-to-work requirements during all maintenance activities
Accurately document maintenance activities, findings, and corrective actions in the CMMS
Be prepared for call-out duty or 12-hour day shift when required
Participate in training programs to develop E&I technical skills and facility maintenance expertise
Required Qualifications NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or electrical/instrumentation work
Exposure to facility systems (fire alarm, HVAC, chiller, lighting) preferred
Basic troubleshooting of electrical and facility systems Understanding of instrumentation fundamentals (sensors, transmitters, control loops)
Good safety awareness and adherence to procedures
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Basic communication and documentation skills
Preferred Industry Background Refinery, petrochemical, or chemical additive industry
Open to candidates from pharmaceutical or semiconductor industries with calibration experience
