Responsibilities Plan site work installation, coordinate worker deployment, and requisition materials to support efficient operations Collaborate with main contractors, consultants, and owners to clarify and fulfill project requirements Manage material submissions, conduct design reviews, and process progress claims to maintain project timelines Monitor cost estimates and develop budgets to ensure projects remain within financial targets Work with vendors to control product costs and ensure quality standards are met Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain accurate records and compliance
