Job Description & Requirements Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents, inventories etc. . Preparation of resources for the teaching of Art, English, and other Departments (where applicable) and other resources required by the General Office. . Provide support for the administrative and operations of school events assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders. . Maintain cleanliness of assigned locations must be proficient in MS Office Duration of contract: From 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Personnel to be deployed at the following hours: . Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break . Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break
