Job responsibilities Main responsibilities include Client static data maintenance, Fees management, Account Opening / Closing checks, E-Services setup details as follows: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of the department's tasks, keeping data privacy and security. Perform account update and changes per inter-department / client's instruction i.e. address proof, passport / IDs submission Process online banking account opening process including distribution of token/password and letters. Account opening and Account closure checks Handling returned mails process, including communication with Front Office till resolution of issue Open and manage outstanding document issues, i.e. CRM issue Handling Audit confirmation / Reference Letter requests Generate reports and perform updates according to requirements Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience Knowledge of Avaloq system is a plus Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work well in a team setting and also be independent in the tasks assigned Well organized and attention to details Able to multi-task and handle difficult situations Possess good computer skills (Word / Excel / Outlook If you are interested, kindly email us at (HIDDEN TEXT) with your resume and include your current and expected salary and notice period where applicable.
