Key Responsibilities : 1.
HR Operations &Compliance (Core Focus) . End-to-End Payroll Management:Independently manage monthly payroll processing,ensuring accurate calculation of salaries,overtime,allowances,and deductions in compliance with the Employment Act. . Statutory Submissions:Handle all mandatory government submissions via CPF Board,IRAS (tax),and MOM (Ministry of Manpower)portals,including CPF contributions,SDL,and foreign worker levies (if applicable in future). . Policy Implementation:Assist in localizing and implementing HR policies,employee handbooks,and contracts to ensure full compliance with Singapore labor laws. . Onboarding &Offboarding:Manage the full lifecycle administration,including contract signing,pass applications(for future foreign hires),exit interviews,and clearance procedures. . Leave &Attendance:Monitor employee leave balances (annual,medical,hospitalization,childcare)and attendance records in accordance with statutory requirements. 2.
Recruitment &Talent Acquisition . Manage end-to-end recruitment processes:job posting,screening,interviewing,and offer negotiation. . Build relationships with local recruitment agencies and job portals (e.g.,JobStreet,MyCareersFuture). . Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration into the company culture. 3.
Administration &Office Management . Office Setup &Maintenance:Oversee office facilities,manage vendors,handle utility bills,and ensure the workplace is safe and compliant with local regulations. . Asset Management:Independently manage employee uniforms,IT equipment,and office inventory. . Government Liaison:Act as the primary point of contact for local authorities regarding administrative filings, grants,and business licensing support. . Employee Welfare:Organize team building events,manage staff benefits (insurance,medical claims),and foster a positive work environment. 4.
Ad-hoc Projects . Support the management team in special projects,grant applications,and other operational tasks as required.
