Sales Support Executive (Marine Industry), Singapore

Location: 10 minutes by bus from Tuas Crescent MRT station Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm (with multiple breaks) Salary: Up to $4000 + Variable Bonus Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses Prepare and follow up on quotations for marine parts and services with a strong focus on accuracy and turnaround time Manage end-to-end order processing, from order creation to delivery coordination Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth execution of service requests Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source required parts and support timely fulfilment Generate invoices and support billing processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate Assist in tracking order status and resolving any issues or delays proactively Handle ad-hoc operational tasks and support the Commercial team as needed Requirements Diploma or Degree in any relevant field At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Sales Support / Coordination role Experience working in marine, shipping, or logistics-related industries is required Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP or similar systems Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
