We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Specialist/Career Advisor to join our team at STAFFKING PTE LTD. This is an exciting full‑time opportunity based in the East Region, where you'll play a key role in our recruitment and career advisory services. As the successful candidate, you'll be responsible for sourcing top talent, providing career guidance to candidates, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.

• Actively sourcing, screening and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of roles
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, offers, and onboarding
• Conduct initial phone screening to understand candidates' career goals and skills.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best‑fit candidates
• Providing career guidance and advice to candidates to help them achieve their professional goals
• Maintaining a strong network of candidates and clients to support ongoing recruitment needs
• Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets
• Opportunity to grow skills in consulting, negotiation, and career advisory

• Entry level or experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is welcome (On job trainings provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Possessing CEI certification is an added advantage
• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales or a customer‑facing role is preferred but not essential

• Competitive basic salary ranging from $2,500 to $3,500, with an uncapped commission structure
• Monthly gross salary up to $5k to $10k
• No prior experience required — entry‑level candidates are welcome, with full training provided
