WonderFoot TCM Massage Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist (Masseur/Masseuse) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for promoting relaxation, health, and well-being. As a Massage Therapist at WonderFoot TCM Massage, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage therapy services to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and health concerns. Perform a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and hot stone massages. Maintain a clean and professional workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and properly stored. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service. Educate clients on relaxation techniques and post-massage care. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education requirements. Adhere to all local and state regulations and guidelines for massage therapy practice. Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a professional massage therapy setting. Additional certifications in specialized massage techniques (e.g., reflexology, aromatherapy). Experience with scheduling and client management software. Knowledge of complementary wellness practices such as aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, or acupuncture. Working Conditions:
Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with massage therapy. Ability to adapt to various client preferences and comfort levels.
