Job Description Host premium design consultations at our Somerset flagship to deeply understand the spatial needs, aesthetic visions, and project scopes of our luxury clientele. Utilize advanced design software like SketchUp or AutoCAD to produce 3D renderings and floor plans that showcase the versatility of our modular furniture systems. Drive the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing high-value deals. Act as the lead project orchestrator by managing technical specifications and coordinating between the client and installation teams to ensure a flawless integration of furniture into the home. Nurture a high-end pipeline of private leads and interior design partners to ensure NEST remains the primary destination for luxury customizable furniture in Singapore. Maintain the visual integrity and luxury appeal of the showroom by ensuring latest product launches and limited collections are presented at an elite standard. Job Requirements Possess a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field with the ability to interpret floor plans and create professional visualizations. Demonstrate 2 to 5 years of proven experience in high-end retail or custom interior sales with a comfort level in managing large budgets and closing complex deals. Show technical proficiency in industry-standard design software such as
AutoCAD , SketchUp, or 3ds Max alongside experience with CRM platforms. Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills tailored for building long-term rapport with a sophisticated and elite customer base. Maintain a meticulous eye for detail regarding site measurements and technical quotations to ensure the precision required for modular furniture installations. Commit to a 5-day work week schedule that includes weekends to support our retail traffic. Adhere to standard operating hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00PM.
