CRM Implementation Project Manager, Singapore

The Company We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver a CRM implementation for a regional financial services client. The PM will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. This is 6 month extendable contract. The Role Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, from initiation through delivery and handover Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies Act as the primary point of contact between business, technology teams, and vendors Drive requirements alignment, solution design coordination, and implementation planning Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and documentation standards Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders. Your Profile : Proven experience as a Project Manager on CRM implementations. Minimum 6 years of experience as PM. Hands-on delivery experience with: Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365 preferred), good to have some experience SugarCRM. Strong understanding of CRM processes (sales, service, customer data) Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities Nice to Have Financial services or regulated industry experience Experience working in regional APAC projects Exposure to system integrations and vendor-led implementations Apply Today Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number
