Job Description
Supervise daily front-of-house operations of the Japanese restaurant Lead service crew to deliver excellent customer dining experience Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements and handle reservations Ensure accurate taking and serving of food and beverage orders Coordinate closely with kitchen team for smooth service operations Train and guide service staff on service standards and SOPs Prepare staff duty roster and assign daily responsibilities Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and dining area presentation Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally Assist in stock ordering and inventory control when required Support cashiering, opening and closing duties Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety standards Requirements
Prior supervisory experience in Japanese restaurant preferred Good leadership and customer service skills Familiar with Japanese dining service standards is an advantage Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Able to work in a fast-paced environment
