Logistics Planner, Singapore

1. Plan and schedule daily delivery trips in line with customer requirements and production output 2. Assign delivery tasks to drivers and ensure clear instructions are provided 3. Monitor progress of deliveries such that any transportation issues can be resolved promptly 4. Optimize routing and vehicle utilization to minimize delays and transportation costs 5. Ensure all deliveries are accompanied by accurate and complete documentation (e.g. Delivery orders, MSDS, COA, etc.) 6. Ensure compliance with all relevant transport, safety and environmental regulations 7. Track the number of trips undertaken daily by individual drivers and work out their trip incentives 8. Maintain records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules and inspection records, etc. 9. Be on standby after office hours and on weekends to coordinate urgent deliveries or vessel calls
