IT Systems Administrator (Microsoft Intune/MDM), Singapore

Position : IT Systems Administrator (Microsoft Intune/MDM) Location : KAKI BUKIT Working hours : 5 days work week Mon to Fri, 830 to 500pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + 14 days Annual leave add 1 day per year capped at 21 days Duration : Permanent Industry : Semiconductor Equipment
Main Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 IT support (hardware, software, network) Troubleshoot Windows, server & user issues Manage AD, user accounts & access rights Support system backup, recovery & server monitoring Install/configure PCs, servers & IT equipment Liaise with vendors for issue resolution Maintain IT inventory & documentation
Requirements: Nitec/Diploma in IT or related 2-3 years IT support / helpdesk experience Familiar with Windows OS, AD & Group Policy Exposure to Microsoft Intune / MDM is a plus Knowledge of Cisco UC / Apple devices advantageous
