We are looking for Insurance / Reinsurance lawyers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with an aviation industry background.

What skills are we looking for:
Advising (re)insurers on coverage issues, especially in complex aviation contexts. Pursuing subrogated claims and recovery actions for insureds and insurers. Navigating sanctions-related insurance issues, including OFAC and geopolitical events (e.g., Russia-Ukraine conflict). Aviation insurance background is a huge plus! Handling multi-jurisdictional disputes involving airlines, helicopter operators, airports, and manufacturers. Experience with major and attritional losses, including aircraft accidents and operational incidents. Litigation involving product liability for aerospace manufacturers.
