After-Sales Operations Specialist, Singapore

About Our Client Our client is a global leader in specialized computing hardware, with a dominant market position and a large international customer base spanning North America, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. The Role You will own the end-to-end after-sales operations across overseas markets - from building and managing the regional service network to handling escalated customer issues and driving service quality improvements. This is a hands-on coordination role sitting at the intersection of operations, vendor management, and customer experience. What You'll Do Plan and manage after-sales operations across overseas regions Build and maintain the regional service network, including service partner selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring Manage day-to-day relationships with outsourced service partners, including spare parts sales and labour fee settlement Optimize service workflows to improve customer satisfaction Coordinate and resolve major customer complaints and escalations
Requirements Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience prior overseas after-sales experience is a strong advantage Comfortable with ERP systems and has a working knowledge of basic finance and accounting Strong data analysis skills with a detail-oriented, structured approach to work Effective communicator with cross-functional coordination experience
