Construction Manager, Singapore

. Possess technical knowledge & experience in handling renovation and construction projects from end-to-end. Report to Project Teams in all aspect of project on site management - project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship. Coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and completed products meet quality standard. Conduct project site inspection. Assist in carrying out shop drawings and submission to Drafting Department. Collaborate with Drafter on shop drawing preparations and revisions. Assist Project Manager in planning project schedule and prepare pre-con/progress report. Follow up on all aspects of QA/QC matters, records all work defects with proper documentation. Assist Project Manager on risk assessment and other risk management activities. Make recommendations on risk control measures and communicating risk assessment to all workers. Collate, prepare, and record Variation Order (VO) works. And perform any other related duties assigned by the Project Manager. Able to effectively manage and supervise a team of construction workers.
