Physiotherapist | Elderly Care, Singapore

Manage and deliver all physiotherapy services for a Senior Care Centre, including initial assessments, periodic reviews, and individualized treatment plans. Develop, lead, and evaluate group therapy programs and activities for daycare clients. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to formulate and execute comprehensive Individual Care Plans (ICPs). Build strong, supportive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, providing care with empathy and respect. Manage client behaviors associated with dementia, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Maintain documentation of all therapy records and client progress. Fulfill duties as assigned by the Centre Manager to support centre operations. Job Requirements Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy Full registration with AHPC Keen interest in stroke and geriatric rehabilitation Minimum 2 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution
