Regional Operations Controller F&B APAC, Singapore

Be the co‑pilot to the Head of APAC Operations by providing business insight to achieve the business plan. Support the strategy and development of the regional business plan, offering insight into KPIs and challenging business partners.

• Business Partnering: Ensure the Operations team is aware of all risks and opportunities that can impact performance, propose mitigation actions and oversee their execution.
• Business Insight: Provide Operations Management with interpretive and predictive operational and financial information, perform ad‑hoc and proactive analyses of the region’s monthly KPIs, and deliver business performance insight.
• Investments: Drive the investment process within the region, validate business cases, obtain approvals and follow up on executed investments to stay within scope and budget.
• Management of Site Controllers: Lead the APAC Operations Controlling Network, provide guidance, set priorities, develop the team and act as liaison between Site Controllers and Global Operations Controlling.
• Budget Cycle: Lead the annual operations budget process within the region in line with global guidance and the regional business plan, including the annual standard product costing and interface with Pricing for cost calculations.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a professional accountancy qualification.
• 10+ years of controlling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to simplify complex matters for business partners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibility.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems, ideally SAP FICO.
• Ability to work with and influence people at all levels and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Team player who can motivate others and has high energy and passion for continuous improvement.
