Job Summary BioSpectrum Asia seeks a seasoned Editorial Leader to represent the publication across the life sciences and biotechnology ecosystem, delivering strategic, high-impact content and engaging with senior industry stakeholders. Responsibilities Represent BioSpectrum Asia as the editorial face and thought leader at industry platforms, events, and media engagements Produce high-quality, insight-driven content across print, digital, and multimedia channels to inform and engage the life sciences community Conceptualise and curate content-driven conferences, roundtables, and leadership forums to foster industry dialogue and collaboration Identify, invite, and engage top-tier speakers, panelists, and industry experts to participate in editorial and event initiatives Build and maintain strategic relationships with CXOs, scientists, policymakers, and key stakeholders to enhance content relevance and reach Lead exclusive interviews, opinion pieces, video bytes, and special editorial features that highlight industry trends and innovations Ensure all content complies with industry standards, maintains data accuracy, and reflects global best practices Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen BioSpectrum Asia's brand positioning and expand market influence Required competencies and certifications Master's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field 8-10+ years of experience in editorial leadership, scientific journalism, or industry-facing roles Strong expertise in biotech, pharma, medtech, and healthcare ecosystems Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly, supported by facts and data Established professional network within the life sciences and healthcare industry Experience moderating panels, hosting discussions, or representing a brand at senior forums Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with C-level executives What We're Looking For
