Discipline Support Officer #East Coast, Singapore

Working Hour Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 5:00pm Fridays: 9:00am to 3:00pm Key Responsibilities 1. Investigative & Case Support Assist in
preliminary investigations
and fact-finding interviews
Obtain student/witness statements, compile evidence, and prepare
structured incident reports
for Key Personnel (KPs)
2. Detention & Restorative Follow-Up Supervise
daily detention sessions
and after-school CWO (Corrective Work Order)
Maintain
attendance and behavioural records
Support Student Management Team & Year Heads with
reflection and restitution activities
Guide students to reflect on
choices, consequences, and improvement strategies
Ensure detention/CWO tasks are
meaningful and developmental
3. In-House Suspension Support Establish a
structured environment
for suspended students
Support
learning continuity
during suspension
Facilitate
reflective and re-entry support
activities
4. Campus Supervision & Prevention Serve as a
visible adult presence
during recess, lunch, and dismissal
Conduct
systematic patrols
(in-school and out-of-school - Marine Terrace MRT / Block 57)
Support
proactive discipline strategies
and simple peer reconciliation/mediation
5. Deployment & Reporting Report operationally to
HOD / Student Management
Schedule follows
termly school timetable and events
Requirement Former uniformed service background
(e.g., Singapore Police Force, Prison Service, or equivalent) -
preferably 5+ years Relevant experience in youth-related case investigation & restorative work
(behavioural support) At least 5 years of demonstrated experience working directly with at-risk youth
in educational, community, or correctional settings (preferred)
